Founding Partner

Thomas has over twenty-five years of experience in Corporate Development, mid-market Private Equity, technology Venture Capital and Strategy Consulting. He has built and led deal teams, closed dozens of transactions and established best practices in sales funnel management, data analytics and financial modelling. He has advised management teams as a senior executive, a strategy consultant, and as a board member. Thomas holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and is a CFA charterholder.

Curtis has a diverse background straddling finance and technology. He began his career as a Design Engineer and has transitioned to roles in Equity Research, Corporate Development, Investor Relations and Private Equity. His love for advanced Excel and programming has helped companies make smarter decisions from complex datasets. He recently advised a mid-market manufacturer on ERP enhancements to drive business insights. Curtis holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, an MBA, and is a CFA charterholder.
